Poor Sport, Poor Leader
Besides winning (which Bobby doesn't), a coach is supposed to lead his team and teach players how to carry themselves. Bobby sets the example that it's ok to berate others, blame everyone else for your failures, and be a poor sport when you lose. Not the lessons student athletes should be learning.
